Definition
A. You / Client
means the Person / Persons in whose name or on whose behalf the booking is
made.

Company means Gaur Yatra Travels.
C. Independent
Contractors means Hotelier / Hotel owner, Owner of any airlines or shipping
company or Railway, Cruise / Ferry boat owner / Operator, Coach owner Operator,
or any other person or organization who has been selected by the company to
render services to the client.
D. Tour Cost
means the amount in the Total Tour Cost column in the Booking form overleaf
including Rupees payments and Foreign Exchange payments.

Important Details for Booking and ID Proof
1. Avoid on-spot disappointment,
and ensure 100% Gir Jungle Trail permits are available by advance booking.
2. Only E-permits for Gir Jungle
Trail are Refundable
3. Carefully submit ID Proof
details. Your ID number submitted in form will be matched by original id while
boarding safari at Gir National Park.
4. No ID Proof other than ID
submitted in form are acceptable.
5. Original ID Proof will be
needed at the time of boarding. You are requested to provide ID Number of ID
Proof that can be produced while boarding.
6. Once the Safari is booked, any
kind of modification is not possible, including change in the ID proof number,
name of person including spelling mistakes, addition or deletion of person, and
others.
7. Slight Changes in timing might
be possible in case of weather, seasonal or any other unavoidable circumstances
noticed by authority.
8. You are requested to arrive at
the Reception Centre of Sinh Sadan (Boarding point) at least 30 minutes prior
to scheduled time mentioned on e-Permit. E-permit will be cancelled in case of
late arrival i.e. 30 minutes of scheduled departure of Gir jungle Trail. No
refund will be entertained in such cases.
